- Licenses are not transferable.
- Business Hours: Businesses must close on Fridays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Employee Rules:
- Employers must provide employee details to authorities.
- Employees must undergo medical exams every two (2) years.
- Local employees must be at least 20 years old; foreign employees 25-55 years old.
- Employees must be able to communicate in Malay or English.
